Yes! Our cases are designed for smart phones that support NFC! Most modern phones like iPhones (7+ and higher) already have NFC for things like touch to pay. If your phone supports NFC then it will work!

No!  Our cases do not require batteries or charging. It draws minimal power through NFC, just like tap-to-pay systems. Also, once you set the screen to image, it will stay there until you are ready to change it again!

How many times can I change the image?

Literally unlimited. Since it does not use power like a traditional screen, it sends the image via NFC (same technology as Apples "Tap To Pay") and magnetizes the ink in the E-Ink display to show your image. And since its not powered, it even stays when you take off the case!

Yes! The e-paper display retains the last image shown, even if your phone runs out of battery. The case and phone are completely separate and the case can even be taken off at still retain its image.

Simply open the app, select a design or upload your own, and tap your phone against the case—it updates instantly via NFC. You can find the QR code for the app at the bottom of this page and inside the box your case came with.

MemorInk uses color e-paper technology to provide vibrant, high-contrast images (not full RGB, but richer than traditional e-ink).  It has a total of four colors. Black, white, red and yellow and will intelligently blend these colors together to provide more colors such as ones that have skin tone or shading.

Yes! While this may be no OtterBox, our cases still offer strong protection against everyday drops, scratches, and impacts while keeping a sleek profile. The e-paper display is protected with a durable coating to resist scratches and daily wear. It is also splash-resistant, but it is not designed for full submersion in water.

Nope! The case is designed to work alongside NFC payments without interference. Your Apple pay and NFC payments are good to go.

Yes, however the case is not magnetic by itself. It allows magnets to be used with a simple magnet attachment between the case and the phone to allow it to be mounted magnetically for things like car rides.

Don't worry this is to be expected as the case's technology works on the principal of magentic fields. to change the ink in the screen,. Simply just upload the same image and the image should reappear good as new!

As we are a small business just starting out, it will currently take 2 weeks to arrive at your doorstep. Its worth it though!

Return and Refund Policy

At MemorInk, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to have a seamless experience. 

We understand life happens, and If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your MemorInk product arrives damaged due to shipping or has a defect, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. To process a replacement:

  • Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a clear photo of the damage or defect.
  • Ship the item back to us using the return instructions we provide. Once received, we will send a replacement.



Returns & Refunds

If your product is broken or defective and you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

To be eligible:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.
  • Contact our support team to initiate the return process and receive shipping instructions.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
